We believe that enthusiastic employees who feel valued and well-rested will provide your child with the best care.  To help achieve that, we have a dedicated staff lounge appointed with comfortable couches and a table for meals.  Staff members receive a 60-80 min lunch break during the day.  We also provide them with shirts for an easy and consistent look, and encourage our teachers to enjoy the fun monthly “pajama days” in which the students participate. 

 Each month we also highlight a star member of the teaching staff from each classroom to celebrate their exceptional dedication or special addition to that month’s activities. A photo of our all-star teacher of the month is displayed in the reception area, and that teacher receives a special gift of appreciation.
